In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to www.letsgobuy-tw.com.  Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our service/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. 

We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended.  We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

 

Members

1. By becoming a member, you enjoy special discount and privileges as offered by us from time to time. You must complete registration by providing certain information as set out on our membership/registration page.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy in later part of this Notice for information relating to our collection, storage and use of the details you provide on registration.

2. You agree to ensure that your registration details are true and accurate at all times and you undertake to update your registration details from time to time when they change.

3. On registration, you agree to pay for our services as set out on our website. 

4. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.

 

Pricing and Payment

1. Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years.  By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

2. All charges and fees are in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) and we only accept payment in NTD.  We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current.  Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. 

3. Seller Delivery Fee is borne by you.

4. If you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order should our prices change. If your order is being charged at an adjusted rate, it is your responsibility to check through all charges stated in the invoice before making payment.

5. Once an invoice is issued to you, you are required to make full payment within 1 working day from day of issuance. Otherwise, we reserve the right to make your order void.

6. Once you have made the payment, you are deemed to have agreed to all charges and fees stated in the invoice. All shipping charges and agent fees are non-refundable.

 

Shipping and delivery

1. Upon sending a new order, it is your responsilibity to provide a valid delivery address and recipient name. If the parcel is rejected or fails to deliver to the address and recipient that you provide, we will forward the parcel to your registered address after 7 days if you have not given us other instructions. Any extra cost arose will be charged to you. 

2. We will inform you via e-mail when we receive all items. We take up to 3 working days to process the shipment. Before we ship, we ensure that all items are in good condition and have no defect from outside of packaging.

3. Once shipped, we will send you another email containing the parcel tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your parcel with the post office.

Return / refund / exchange

1. If we have ordered the incorrect item, we refund the agent fees. The cost of items are not refundable.

2. We have no responsibility over the goods quality and any defects.

3. We have no responsibility over any loss and damage during delivery of parcel.

4. Return / refund / exchange is possible when the items are still in Taiwan, subjected to each seller’s own policy.

5. Return / refund / exchange is not possible once the items are shipped out of Taiwan.

1. When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.

2. You are permitted to download a copy of the information on this website to your computer for your personal use only provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trade mark or other proprietary notice.  Your use of our content in any other way infringes our intellectual property rights.

The licence to access and use the information on our website does not include the right to use any data mining robots or other extraction tools.  The licence also does not permit you to metatag or mirror our website without our prior written permission. Individual Data Subject's Rights - Data Access, Portability and Deletion
We are committed to helping our customers meet the data subject rights requirements of GDPR. Letsgobuy Taiwan processes or stores all personal data in fully vetted, DPA compliant vendors. We do store all conversation and personal data for up to 6 years unless your account is deleted. In which case, we dispose of all data in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, but we will not hold it longer than 60 days. We are aware that if you are working with EU customers, you need to be able to provide them with the ability to access, update, retrieve and remove personal data. We got you! We've been set up as self service from the start and have always given you access to your data and your customers data. Our customer support team is here for you to answer any questions you might have about working with the API.
